Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Our jewellery is made to withstand general wear and tear and is guaranteed for 12 months for any manufacturing defects.

(This excludes chains and stones; we can not take responsibility for cracked/broken stones or snagged chains).

We recommend removing your delicate pieces when showering, working out, or engaging in any activities which may damage your jewellery.

Brass does tarnish so we ask that you embrace this or make use of one of our no-fuss polishing suggestions.
